We're hiring: Customer Success Representative — Nordics (Remote)
We're hiring people who love talking to customers.
Smartplan makes workforce scheduling software used by 2,500+ businesses across the Nordics. We're a small, bootstrapped team of 8 — profitable, remote-first, and growing.
We're looking for Customer Success representatives to help our Danish, Swedish, and Norwegian customers get the most out of Smartplan.
The role
You'll be the first point of contact for new sign-ups in your market. You call them, welcome them, show them around, and make sure they succeed. You're part salesperson, part helper, part product expert.
Day to day
- Reach out to new sign-ups by phone and email — welcome them, answer questions, book demos
- Run online demos that show businesses how Smartplan fits their workflow
- Follow up after demos and during trial periods so no one falls through the cracks
- Collect feedback and share what you're hearing with the team
- Help out with customer support alongside our support team
Who we're looking for
We're hiring for three markets — you can apply for one, two, or all three:
- 🇩🇰 Denmark — native Danish speaker
- 🇸🇪 Sweden — native Swedish speaker
- 🇳🇴 Norway — native Norwegian speaker
You should be
- Comfortable picking up the phone and talking to people you don't know — and good at it
- Experienced in some kind of customer-facing role (sales, support, student job, freelancing — it all counts)
- A clear, friendly communicator — written and spoken
- Self-driven and organized — you follow up without being reminded
- Comfortable working remotely and managing your own schedule
- Proficient in English (our team language)
Part-time or full-time
- One market: 10–15 hours/week — perfect for students, freelancers, or as a side gig
- Multiple markets: If you're a native speaker of two or all three Nordic languages, we'd love to talk about a full-time position
